Yes. Family accounts let a single parent login manage separate profiles for every child. Each profile has its own booking history, SEN flags, skill level, and award progress. When booking, the parent selects which child the session is for.
When a family cancels a confirmed session, the slot enters the rebook pool rather than showing as empty. The next eligible family on the waitlist receives an SMS notification with a unique claim code. They have 4 hours to reply and claim the slot. If they don't, the slot moves to the next family, and eventually to general availability.
Yes. You configure award schemes to match your curriculum — however many stages, with whatever criteria. Instructors mark stages complete from their portal. Parents see progress in real time, and PDF certificates are generated automatically when a stage is achieved (Pro plan).
Unstack has a structured SEN module — not just a notes field. Instructors see relevant flags, medical notes, and consent records before each session. All SEN data is stored as special category data under UK GDPR Article 9, with explicit parental consent recorded on the child's profile.
Yes. Every studio gets a branded booking page at your-studio.unstack.co.uk (or your own domain on Pro). Parents log in with a magic link or Google, book available slots, and pay via Stripe. You own the Stripe account — Unstack charges a small platform fee per transaction.
