Common questions

Can clients pick their specific reformer machine?+

Yes. When setting up group classes, you can configure equipment slots — reformer machines, props, or any equipment. Clients choose their preferred machine at booking time, and the system prevents double-booking. You see a live equipment map in the admin view.

How do class credits work?+

You create credit packs — for example, 10 classes for £120. Clients buy them online. Each time they book a class, one credit deducts from their balance. You set the expiry period (e.g. 3 months). Clients see their remaining credits in their account.

Can I run both memberships and pay-as-you-go?+

Yes. You can offer memberships (recurring monthly billing), class packs (buy a block upfront), and single-class drop-in pricing — all simultaneously. Each client uses whatever they've purchased. The system handles the billing logic automatically.

How does the waitlist work for popular classes?+

When a class reaches capacity, clients can join a numbered waitlist. When a cancellation occurs, the next person on the waitlist receives a notification (email or SMS) and has a window to claim the spot. If they don't claim it, the next person is notified.

Can I embed my timetable on my own website?+

Yes. Studio and Pro plans include a timetable embed — a lightweight widget you add to your website with a single line of code. It shows upcoming classes with availability, and clicking through takes clients to your booking page. No iFrame complications.
