What counts as a transaction fee?
A transaction fee applies each time a client pays through Unstack checkout — booking a class, buying a session pack, or paying a monthly bill. No fee on free bookings, cancelled orders, or refunds.
Is there a free trial on Studio and Pro?
Yes. Both plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can explore the full platform, set up your timetable, and invite your team before you commit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are prorated if you upgrade mid-cycle.
What transaction fee applies on each plan?
Solo: 1% per transaction. Studio: 0.5%. Pro: 0.2%. The fee is taken from each successful payment processed through Unstack — on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee.
