There is no platform fee. You pay Stripe their processing fee and Swft their checkout fee. Unstack doesn't charge anything — the platform is free.

Yes. When you sign up, you connect your existing Stripe account or create a new one. We also support Klyme (UK Open Banking) and other gateways through Swft. Payments go directly to your account — we never hold your funds.

Yes. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Your data is yours — export it anytime from the admin dashboard.

You can set up Unstack in minutes without affecting your current system. We recommend running both in parallel for a week while you transition clients to the new booking link.

Stripe Checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments. Klarna/BNPL is also available. UK Open Banking via Klyme. More payment methods are added through Swft over time.

Yes. Guest checkout is supported. The guest enters their email and name, completes the booking, and an account is auto-created for them.

You can export all your data from the admin dashboard at any time. Your Stripe account and client relationships are yours.
